Terms & Conditions

If you pay cash after the tour, there is no need to pay any booking fees and you get the lowest possible price.

If you pay ahead by credit card, google pay or Apple Pay. We first just hold the money till all the tour is arranged and confirmed by our office. Then we send you the confirmation text by email or WhatsApp. Finally we will charge you the money you have sent.

If you book 48 hours ahead or less ... there is a small chance that we will be overbooked and inform you about it. Than you for understanding.

CANCELATION RULES:

If you decide not to pay cash. We kindly ask you to pay all the agreed price ahead. We will provide the travel services only if all the payment will be really present at our account at least 1 day before your arrival. (Bigger groups groups even earlier, depending on the program.)
Following Cancellation Fees will be charged:
- If you cancel 7-2 days before order realization: 30 % of the price will be charged
- If you cancel 48-0 hours before order realization: 80 % of the price will be charged
