This place follows the tradition of czech fast food as it existed during the communist era. For unbelievable cheap prices you can try the best of czech cuisine. It is the place where czech people (incl. students from nearby University) go for a lunch. It doesn´t have its´web pages for the good quality of the restaurant made its promotion itself and you will find this place crowded every day around the lunch hours.
When you enter the place, you get a piece of paper where anything you order will be written down. Keep this piece of paper until you get to the counter. You will pay when you leave pay at the exit.
Sarka`s comment: If you want to experience the real czech food in the real czech ambiente and pay almost nothing then it is your place!!! In this restaurant – buffe you will find some of most traditional food – some of the cuisine that our mums and grandmums make at home and many of the „better“ restaurants don´t bother to offer it. Our favorite would be Svíčková (a beef and a cream sauce) and if you fell for a big sweet meal, try our speciality: „dukátové buchtičky“ (sweet bunes with a vanilla sauce)!
