Alena is very open minded, friendly and knowledgeable guide. She was born in Prague and she likes the city very much. She studied the University of Economics in Prague, major Tourism. After getting some international experience in the U.S.A. (she worked in a country club in Pennsylvania), she got back and started working in a hotel and later in an incoming travel agency. After a while she realized that she really likes working directly with the clients and it makes her happy to show them her beautiful city. She is a very friendly and enthusiastic licensed guide with a real passion for her work. I met he when she was guiding the famous Alfons Mucha – Slavonic Epic exhibition in the National Galery and I was amazed by her knowledge and friendly personality. She has worked as a guide for several local companies, national Galerry and her speciality is leading a club of young czech historians. She likes to create programs about history and architecture for kids.
