 Verified Bringing Prague to life
We absolutely loved our tour with Lenka. She guided our small group from Prague castle, over Charles Bridge and right through the Old Town, finishing with a meal in a local restaurant. Lenka was easy to understand and full of stories and historical details which brought the surroundings to life. Architecture in Prague is amazing and Lenka clearly explained all the different styles and pointed them out as we walked around Prague for our four hour tour. She provided political, religious and historical insights which gave us, as first time visitors, an understanding of both Prague today and its past. We saw many famous and interesting sights, and Lenka also shared further tips and suggestions for the rest of our stay, which we very much appreciated.  Verified Sarka is the best guide in Prague!
My husband and I were on a Rick Steve’s tour and Rick used Sarka as our guide for two days in Prague. Highly recommend Sarka for tours in Prague. She grow up in Prague and speaks excellent English. She has a lot of information on Prague’s history and culture that she shares with much enthusiasm. If we are ever in Prague again, we will sign up for a tour with her.

 Verified The Donegal Crew visit Prague
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Donegal Crew meets Tereza! 🇨🇿😂 What a tour we had with the fabulous Tereza! The Donegal Crew of 10 arrived in Prague ready for a good time, and we certainly got one — thanks in no small part to Tereza. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Tereza was full of knowledge and gave us loads of fascinating information about Prague, the history, the buildings and all the sights. She somehow managed to keep eight of us interested, entertained and reasonably well behaved… which in itself deserves a medal! 😂 But it wasn't just the information that made Tereza so special. She had loads of personality, a fantastic sense of humour and really knew how to have fun with us. She quickly became one of the gang. Poor Nigel even got a new name — “Angel” — and we're not sure he'll ever live that one down! 😂 She brought Prague to life for us and made the whole experience so much more than just a sightseeing tour. There was plenty of laughing, plenty of stories and plenty of memories made along the way. For a group of 10 friends who love a weekend away, a few drinks and a good laugh, Tereza was the perfect guide. We will remember our Prague trip for many reasons, but Tereza and her wonderful personality will definitely be one of the highlights.  Verified Wonderful Prague Tour Experience
Last month we enjoyed an excellent orientation to Prague thanks to our knowledgeable and engaging tour guide Tereza from PersonalPragueGuide. We had a wonderful tour of Prague with Barbora! She was an excellent guide with an incredible depth of knowledge and experience, and we learned so much about Prague’s history, culture, and beautiful city. Barbora was warm, engaging, and incredibly helpful throughout our time together. She even went above and beyond by helping us secure a lunch reservation at a fantastic restaurant, which we really appreciated. Her expertise and personal attention made our time in Prague even more memorable.  Verified Excellent Prague Tours - Money Well Spent
We did the Velvet Revolution and Communism tour and the Lobkowicz Palace Tour with Bety Petrinova in July, 2026. We did one tour a day. My husband and I both really enjoyed the time we spent with Bety. She was very easy to understand and made the tours both interesting, informative, and enjoyable. She came and picked us up at our hotel, which was a plus for us because it made everything so easy. We just needed to listen, pay attention, and follow her. These tours were a wonderful value for the money. We covered more ground than we could have done on our own and learned many details of the history of the Czech Republic. It was a lovely time spent over 2 days in Prague. We would highly recommend Bety to show you the beautiful city of Prague.

Booking process

1. CONTACT

Please contact us as ahead as possible, to prevent the stress and overbooked situations. Working hours: daily 7:00 – 22:00 local time.
Clients who book first, get the tour. When we get overbooked we do not arrange any unknown guides, we use only the proven-quality staff!

2. BOOKING

It will make the process faster and easier if you use our booking form – click this:

For the early bookings please send the detailed email request (mention: your last name, hotel, dates, time, telephone number, budget). If you book last minute please rather call us or send SMS. We will exchange some informative emails and send you the final confirmation.

We check emails daily between 18:00 – 22:00 (local time). We lead the tours during the day and we focus on our current clients. We do not follow the emails on our mobile phones.

3. TOUR

Our guide will call to the hotel or send you WhatsApp sms to reconfirm your tour in the evening before the tour. We will pick you up at your Prague hotel. The final details and itinerary are set directly between the guide and the clients. We start every tour with the „info session“ – 10 min.

Hotel pick up and info session are free of charge!

4. PAYMENT

Clients mostly like the freedom to pay cash at the end of the tour directly to the guide. So they pay only the time they have really consumed.
If you prefer non-cash payments: we kindly ask you to pay ahead. We will send you the online payment link so you can easilly pay with your credit card. We can also send the Pay Pal money request or info about our account.

Communication and problems

If you have any problem, suggestion or a question please contact directly the owner Šárka (sarka@me.com, +420 777 225 205). I care about the quality and learn from every tour report.

We usually pick up the phones from 7 am to 10 pm, local time (GM1)

We usually reply the emails in the local evening time 18:00 – 22:00, within 12-24 hours.

We prefer to solve all the communication, by emails or WhatsApp sms. We use several email addresses with various suffixes to overcome the spam blocking problems.

IF YOU DO NOT GET ANY REPLY it is maybe only because of your strong spam control. Try to add us into the „white list“ and send us other of your email addresses with a different suffix. Send WA sms.
It will definitely help us, if you also send one more email from a different address.
